Our visuals intern maddievtheworld went on assignment in Eugene and while she was there she attempted to eat a full day's worth of food for just $20. These were the parameters of the challenge: Three different locations for each of the three meals. Meals are stereotypical of what you would eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner (not saying pizza for breakfast isn’t great). Food must be tasty and local. Tip is not included in the budget. That’s a personal decision and not technically required. Though, I do suggest always tipping when you can afford to.
