Abigail Jo Shry of Texas allegedly called the office of federal Judge Tanya Chutkan on Aug. 5. She left a message where she went on a racist tirade and threatened to kill the judge and anyone who goes after former president Donald Trump. “Hey, you stupid slave,” Shry allegedly said, according to court documents. “You are in our sights, we want to kill you...If Trump doesn’t get elected In 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b***h.” Shry has been arrested and charged with threatening to kill Chutkan, who is overseeing the criminal case in Washington DC that accuses Trump of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election results. Shry also reportedly threatened Chutkan’s family, Texas Congresswoman Sheila. Jackson Lee, the LGBTQ community, and other unnamed Democrats.
