Expect the ✨unexpected ✨ this coming season. Phase 02 of restoration is underway and by the look of things so far, it’s shaping up to be another year of NEW. New lines, bigger bowls + new adventures. Restoration began in early July with the goal of removing the remaining fire-damaged trees in all gladed areas that were closed off last season. The main areas of focus include the East Side, Backside and Avalanche Bowl. So for those chompin’ at the bit to get access to all inbound terrain (a-bowlers? 🙋) we’ve got you covered with the goal to reopen previously closed areas for the coming 23/24 season (as always, conditions permitting). Now, the reality is there will be less trees in some of these gladed areas due to impacts from the fire, but less trees mean new possibilities.
