I had red tracking to my middle knuckles and drained about a tablespoon of pus from my index and pinky fingers. Fortunately my wife is a physician so I woke her up for a quick consult. “They’re not gonna fall off today, but tomorrow you’re starting antibiotics”. Fair enough. Better at least make it worth it.
