1️⃣You’re not prepping your lunches!
👉 we’re busy! We need convenient meals! Taking the time to prep, YES is an investment in time, but it SAVES you time, energy & attention during the week, will put you in a better mood & make you more productive (so the time investment is WORTH it!😉)
💡Try prepping a “sheet pan dinner” in the oven @ 350 for 20 minutes! You can get 4-5 servings from that!
2️⃣You genuinely forget to eat!
👉it happens! Sometimes we get swept up in what we’re doing & lose track of time.
💡Try setting alarms & calendar reminders to eat. Or schedule lunch dates so you have accountability!
3️⃣You have too much work to do!
