But STOP using the handles on the stairmaster or when you’re walking on the treadmill. 😬❌
Holding onto the handles messes up your posture, makes you burn fewer calories, and messes with your body’s gait alignment.
Your body uses specific postural muscles including your core and glutes to walk, step, and run successfully. Holding the handles disrupts those muscles and gives your body unnatural help during cardio.
Do yourself a favor and let go of those handles. It’ll only help you in the long (and short) run!🔥👏🏼
