Iowa's largest and most famous brewery, Decorah-based Toppling Goliath, will open a second location in Des Moines' Drake neighborhood, co-founder Clark Lewey says. Lewey said Thursday that topplingbrews will be part of a 110,000-square-foot, five-story development planned on Carpenter Avenue between 24th and 25th streets north of University Avenue.
