Wilderton, an Oregon-based producer of nonalcoholic spirits, opened the country’s first NA distillery and tasting room in Hood River in July. Nonalcoholic (NA) and alcohol-removed beverages have gained popularity in recent years, responding to demand in the market, particularly in the Pacific Northwest. That market demand has also as driven a dramatic improvement in the quality of those NA alternatives.
