This pumpkin bread is SO good. Iāve literally been eating it every dayš«¶š» The pumpkin and milk gives it so much moisture that you honestly canāt tell itās high in protein!
INGREDIENTS:
WHOLE MILK: 1/3 cup | whole milk makes the flavor POP a whole lot more AND not only do you get a boost of protein from using dairy milk but the protein also provides assistance in repairing the tissues that have been damaged while working out allowing you to feel less sore and have a quicker recovery! That way youāre able to get back to working out quickly and more efficiently! I used darigold which has more proteinš¤š¤
EGGS: 2
MAPLE SYRUP: 1/4 cup
VANILLA: 2 tsp
PUMPKIN: 1 1/2 cups | not only does this make the bread tasty, it adds SO much moisture to the bread AND pumpkin has so many benefits and is heart healthy!
