It was a special moment as several of our new TSU Tigers were pinned by family members, who graduated from the University, during the annual Legacy Ceremony for first-year students. This included two-time TSU graduate Dr. Carolyn Baldwin Tucker, who pinned her grandson, Josiah Jones, a business major.
