The State College Borough Council unanimously voted to repeal the construction of a new parking lot in downtown State College Monday evening. After nearly an hour and a half of comments from the public opposing the borough's plan to acquire the property, the council voted unanimously in favor of saving The Brewery, Canyon Pizza and Music Mart from the eminent domain decision.
