Her work with Adler started out slow, with a lot of PVCs, keeping track of his scores and his progress. “Throughout the years, it evolved,” said Lambray. From local throwdowns, all the way to Madison, the two remained side by side, with Lambray not only pushing Adler to succeed, but pushing herself as a coach, as well. Her persistence and commitment paid off, as she watched her partner take home a gold medal at the 2023 CrossFit Games.
