"Emilio grew up with a pizza oven at home where he always made pizzas. He always wanted to do something in the food industry, he just didn’t know in what direction. We have 2 kids and Emilio still works his corporate job, so a mobile truck was the perfect avenue to still have time with family, and also fulfill his passion for pizza making." + What inspired you to open Vitalia? "Emilio traveled to NYC every week for his IT consulting position. When COVID happened, it drastically changed his work schedule to where he no longer had to travel. This allowed us to have more time at home to make homemade pizzas in his Ooni Oven for ourselves and while entertaining. This (& watching Vito Iacopelli videos!) reignited his love for making pizzas and this is where the idea for Vitalia was born. + What is your favorite product?...
