I have been blown away with the progression that our son has had this summer so far. 🤯 Going from a fear of flipping to surfing and rolling every time. He is also now getting his back deck roll and offside rolls. More then anything I am so excited to see that he is enjoying himself on the river and becoming confident in his kayak and in himself. 🙌 With a couple world champion parents, people assume that our kids will be great paddlers, though honestly our focus is to take them outside and enjoy the river and the outdoors and let them determine and decide what they love and what they want to be when they grow up. 🚴🧗‍♀️🏄 I was blown away this week when I overheard my son tell a friend this week that he wanted to be a “professional kayaker” when he grows up.
