The FITCATION workout will be taking place at Matthews Sportsplex in Charlotte on July 22, 2023. Event is 9-2 and the workout is at 11. Come workout with Sydney, meet ghostlifestyle, speak with physical therapists/registered dietitian, relax at the hyperice station, let your kids have fun in the Kid Zone, meet new people, celebrate your journey, etc!
