How I grew muscle and toned my body TW:
I’m gonna be honest, in that 2020 picture I thought I needed to lost weight and eat less. Which was NOT the case and I learned that the hard way. Your mind is way more powerful than you might think. You have to overcome your negative thoughts with logic.
Luckily I did a ton of research and found body recomp (chefs kiss mwah kiss on the forehead) 🫶🏻 this allowed me to GROW muscle on my body whilst restoring my metabolism and relationship with food. (Keep in mind body recomps are most of the time for beginners)
The hardest part was the fight between my thoughts and my actions. It was not easy eating more. I kept guilt tripping myself but knew I had to do it for my own good. IT TAKES TIME. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. You deserve it.🤍
Between figuring out my relationship with food & strength training, it’s safe for me to say that I am happy and accept my body for who she is and all that she does...
