Proud of myself for putting in a 100+ mile month of running. I’ve only been running ~4x/week with time-intensive PT 1-2x/week.
A few things I’ve learned:
🏃🏻♀️ There will always be better runners than you. As I’ve gotten more into running groups, I’ve encountered people running 100+/week.
🏃🏻♀️Listen to your body. On days my legs are hurting too badly beyond normal fatigue, I’ll stop early.
🏃🏻♀️ Run 80% of your miles slowly in Zone 2.
