The Artistry of True Leadership CCT's Executive Director, Patrice Funderburg, was invited to speak at the Historically Black College and University (HBCU) Greek Night on Friday, August 25th, in celebration of The Vault exhibition on view at themintmuseum. Patrice attended North Carolina Central University where she also became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. At the event, Patrice chronicled her journey from childhood to college to her 20+ year career in corporate human resources, each uniquely preparing her for her role at CCT. Patrice credits leaders who came before her and the HBCU experience for her strong desire to lead, serve and enact change. At CCT, we believe that through service-driven leadership we can create positive futures. The Vault, curated by jesseplane, features objects from the private collections of prominent Black art collectors living in Charlotte.
