New Strength Class 💪🏼
Don’t forget to check out our new strength class!
These classes are Mondays Culver 6pm and Wednesdays Venice 6:30pm.
They consist of 2 primary power lifts (no Olympic Lifting) and 3 accessory movements.
This is a great class for anyone to add to their routine, especially those friends of yours that want to get stronger but are a little intimidated by the intensity of CrossFit.
First class is free for non-members!
