More than 4,100 participants came out in unusually warm fall weather Sunday for the 10th annual EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler. . . . A teacher from Oakland Catholic scored a repeat win as the women’s champion and a runner from eastern Pennsylvania won the men’s race. . . . Elaina Tabb of Pittsburgh crossed the finish line with a time of 55:49 — beating last year’s time by nearly a minute — and Dylan Gearinger, from Dunmore, Pa., won with a time of 49:02, according to the official race results announcement. . . . Mr. Gearinger told race representatives that the course was tougher than he expected. “There were more hills than I expected and a lot of bridges, but the city is beautiful. I’ll definitely be back. I’m going to celebrate by getting some pierogies.” . . . Link in bio for more. . . . #eqt10miler #Pittsburgh #EQT
