Sean Ferguson of Hampton Township helps unveil a kiosk at the Carnegie Science Center’s Highmark SportsWorks center that aims to teach visitors hands-only cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in just 5 minutes. Sean got the idea after he was in a parking lot at the University of Dayton in Ohio in 2015 when he was struck by lightning. The jolt triggered a cardiac arrest, but he was saved by a fellow student who performed hands-only CPR that he had learned just two days earlier at a kiosk in an airport. Full story on our site.
