Meet the latest addition at the National Aviary: A Eurasian eagle owlet, born last week. It's too early to tell if the owlet is a male or female. You can visit the owlet's parents in an outdoor exhibit not far from the incubator. The father is Dumbledore, named for a Harry Potter character. The mother is X, named for an owl in the “Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood” television show.
