Happy Birthday(ish), Pittsburgh! John Suhr, a locksmith with public works dressed as Andrew Carnegie, and Lindsey Van der Veer, an employee of the Parks and Recreation Department dressed as "Ms. Pittsburgh," walk past a replica of the 6th Street Bridge after the Incorporation Day bicentennial celebration at the City-County Building Downtown on Friday. Though Pittsburgh was founded in 1758, it didn't become a city until 1816, making it officially 200-years-old today.
