A Port Authority police dog who died after being stabbed during a foot pursuit Sunday in Wilkinsburg is draped in an American flag and carried out of the Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center in Ohio Township. The K-9 officer, Aren, was a 5-year-old German shepherd who worked patrol and explosives. He had been on the job for four years.
