On #TheHustleKQED this month, we take a look at how popular Oakland restaurant @tacososcar is staying afloat during the pandemic. ⁣ 🌮 Working out of three smartly arranged storage containers on 40th Street near Broadway in Oakland, owners Oscar Michel and Jake Weiss didn’t want to risk their staff’s health in the cozy quarters.
