Posterior German Volume Training: 1 ✅ Christina and @jlv65: 0 ✌🏼😓 ---- I’m trying German Volume Training (GVT) #8weeksout from my photoshoot with @west_studio and it’s killer! 💪🏼😅 Also known as “the 10 sets” method, it’s used to break strength and/or physique plateaus by increasing lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat. You complete 10 x 10 for each compound exercise, using the same weight for each set, and then you rest 60-90 seconds between each set🏋🏻‍♀️ Try it out, it’s been a great change in my workout routine! #GermanVolumeTraining #GVT #LegendNation @jaqioh
