Impactful Individual: Wendy M. Masiello, Lt. Gen., USAF (Retired) Rawls College alum Wendy Masiello is an accomplished individual who served in the usairforce for 36 years before retiring as a three-star general. During her time at Texas Tech, Masiello was involved in Angel Flight, a service organization for Air Force ROTC students, and was recognized as a distinguished member of the ROTC program. Her impact resonates beyond the military, as she founded her own consulting company upon retirement and was named a TexasTech Distinguished Alumna. As a current member and former chair of the Rawls Advisory Council, Masiello is passionate about using her experiences to strengthen her alma mater.
