Okay before I start… everyone’s body is different so timelines, how much you eat, what you eat, etc. is different on every body🤍 you’re beautiful🫶🏻
STRENGTH TRAIN: I used to GRIND on the treadmill thinking it would get me to my goal. That wasn’t the case. Strength training allows you to shape YOUR BODY depending on your goals (obviously to an extent)
Be specific with your goals:
I remember walking into an LA fitness for the first time and I got a complementary training session. My goal? “Be toned” And when my trainer asked what does that mean? I didn’t know what to say. Write down the specifics of what your goals are in the gym and apply them to your overall day🤍
Nutrition: as mentioned above you have to apply steps not ONLY in the gym but in different parts of your life. It’s a lifestyle change that you won’t regret but needs to have commitment. Do that reverse diet your trainer suggests. Spend time restoring your relationship with food. IT TAKES ...
