“I really felt at home on campus,” stated Harder on his decision to come to Graceland. Logan is a Senior Cross Country and Track athlete from St. Louis, Missouri. He is majoring in Math Education and is minoring in CSIT. Logan has a long family history at Graceland, and it was important to him that he continues that legacy. While that, along with getting the opportunity to be a college athlete, helped get him to Graceland, what has kept him here is the community within the sports teams that he competes in and the community at Graceland as a whole. When asked about what he loves most about the Cross Country team, Logan said he loves “The bond we have with each other and how supportive we are of one another”. This bond is something that Logan values and has provided him with a place to belong. Logan’s goal for this upcoming season is to be in contention for a top 15 finish at the conference meet, and after graduation plans to get his masters and teach high school math.
