So as most of you all know my championships this year did not go as planned. As I type this I am frustrated and a bit confused. (I’m human and just expressing some emotions) A few things though… over the last two days I’ve been reading about David and his sin. In Psalm 4 David says “be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds and be silent” As I read that and understood David’s circumstances at the time, I realized that there is more joy in knowing God than anything else. Also that our anger from life has to be given to God because He’s where PEACE is found, not in trying to change our worldly circumstances. I do know this, God is concerned about my running. He hurts with me as I hurt. And that’s comforting because I know my Father cares about all the things I care about. Rest assured, the savior is the ultimate prize!
