#AD I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking, tasting, photographing, and of course, eating. So I thought it would be fun to show you what I eat in a day! As a vegetarian, I’m always looking for ways to add a little more protein to my diet, especially in between meals. I love that some of my favorite yogurt brands now have drinkable options! Here’s a little look at what a typical day of eating looks like. For breakfast, I’ve been eating some version of oatmeal or overnight oats with fruit, which is a great way to start my day! When I need a snack, I’ve been reaching for the TwoGood Strawberry Banana drink which has 10g of protein and 3g of sugar per bottle! I’ve been enjoying my Caesar pasta salad for lunch, and I’ve been using chickpea noodles for added protein. With soup season around the corner, you better believe I’m working on some new lentil soup recipes! And no day isn’t complete without chocolate.
