We strive to make an impact and perform meaningful service for the local community. Dr. David Tillman lives by that mantra in his CPHS role partnering with specialolympics_nc. Dr. Tillman facilitates Special Olympics MedFest® events, identifying providers to be trained in completing physicals and screenings required for an athlete’s participation in Special Olympics.
