I was so bummed I couldn’t try TJ’s kimbap but also extremely excited to hear how popular it was…? Perhaps that ambivalence is relatable, LOLOL. In any event, absence is the mother of invention, right? In this case, it isn’t really an invention, since kimbap has been around for a LONG time. BUT, did you know that TJ’s kimbap is vegan? That definitely wasn’t the kind of kimbap WE were eating growing up, lolol, but I’ll TAKE IT! I add a little vegan egg in mine (TJ’s version doesn’t have it), but both taste SO SO GOOD!
