I said goodbye to my baby. Today, my 2010 Toyota Corolla (that never looked a day over 10!) was hauled out of my driveway by some very nice people at Kars4Kids who will probably disassemble and sell her for parts and hopefully give the money to children or something because that’s supposed to happen when you donate a car to such an organization. I got into a scary accident a few days ago. I was frightened and rattled but ultimately so blessedly okay, as was everyone else involved. This car saved my life and I am embarrassingly sad to see it go. I cried when the tow truck came like I was sending a kid off to college. Anyway, here are some pictures.
