Getting to eat fresh vegetables, and getting to watch nature in action has transformed my relationship with food. If you have the means, I implore you to grow your own food, or buy from local farms for your meats, vegetables, and fruits and eat foods in season unless you’ve saved them yourself. There are plenty of farms around!
