The company responsible for the viral #OneChipChallenge has pulled the product from stores after a teenager died attempting it. According to TMZ, a 14 year old passed away as a result of attempting the challenge of eating the extremely spicy chip. The company has a statement at the top of its website, saying the challenge "is intended for adults only, with clear and prominent labeling highlighting the chip is not for children or anyone sensitive to spicy foods." Despite this, kids are still participating and now the company is offering refunds to people who have already purchased the challenge.
