Week 1 of my 8 Week Base Building Program is almost complete ✔️
I’m doing this 8 weeks of base training to better prepare for my FIRST Marathon prep which is gonna be 20 weeks (that’s right I said 20 😵💫) of marathon training 🏃♂️
I’m really enjoying this program because it’s giving me the time to focus on things like strength training and slow runs so I can build the durability and stamina to withstand Marathon training 💪
I’ve uncovered a lot of my own weaknesses and it’s a great time of the year to focus and prepare for what’s ahead 🙌
