The Amazin’ Mets Foundation celebrated all of the accomplishments of our 2022-23 Amazin’ Scholars by hosting a reception prior to Tuesday’s game. Students from the Amazin’ Scholars Program and recipients of the Amazin’ Mets Foundation Scholarship Fund were invited to join their fellow scholarship recipients, faculty, and staff from @laguardiacc, @queensboroughcc_cuny, @liuniversity, @stjohnsu, and @manhattanedu in the Bullpen Plaza. All scholars received a Mets drawstring bag with Foundation-branded notebooks and tickets to Tuesday’s game. Through the Amazin’ Scholars program and the Amazin’ Mets Foundation Scholarship Fund, the Foundation seeks to help low-income students gain access to a life changing education without any financial burdens.
