TJ (prohausboise ) and I visited Fort Street Station during its transition to Bistro d’Helene (boisebistro) , an authentic French bistro in the North End. ✨ The brunch is an exquisite experience. We started with refreshing mimosas 🥂 paired with buttery and flaky croissants 🥐(hot & fresh). ✨ We continued our dining experience with the main course: TJ ordered the Croque Madame: jambon, gruyère, sunnyside egg, mornay, greens; and I ordered the braised brisket omelet with pearl onions, spinach, romano. ✨ In addition to the superb food and dining, what specifically stood out was what the staff shared.
