#JachtCelebrates two more of our LGBTQIA+ Jachters! Mackenzie Cook (she/her) was a multimedia strategist last semester at Jacht! “Being queer in an Advertising space is important to me because it creates an influential regard for a welcoming and safe workplace,” Cook said. Jaehyun Coonce (he/they) was the Lead DEI Specialist last semester at Jacht! Coonce led a workshop within the agency on how to achieve accurate representation and avoid microaggressions within the advertising industry. “When our voices are actually sitting at the table, it makes it so much easier to create proper representation,” Coonce said.
