As the most populous Muslim country in the world, you’d think everyone would know about Indonesian cuisine, right? 😅 Wrong. Indonesian food is wildly under the radar to a lot of people, which is such a shame because their food is SO GOOD. There’s so much incorporation of spice and textures and subtly sweet flavors that makes Indonesian food so unique. Also - aside from the food and bazaars, Indonesian people are just so friendly and always so cheerful! We love stopping by this masjid because there’s such a strong presence of inviting community here.
