It’s okay not to be okay ❤️
In a world where social media often showcases only our best moments, it’s important to remember that it’s okay not to be okay. Today, I wanted to share a different side of my journey. Despite my recent success in winning a cliff diving event, I still face internal struggles. This is true for many people who may appear happy and successful on the outside but battle their own demons within.
Personally, after achieving a victory, I often find myself overwhelmed with anxiety. Thoughts of having to constantly perform perfectly or excel in other areas of my life consume me. These thoughts, though unrealistic, have the power to limit my potential. It’s crucial to recognize that such negative thoughts are normal, but we have the choice not to believe in them. This realization is half the battle!
