Adventures like these leave their mark. I went on a journey with 9 other adventurers to the East of Java a few weeks ago. I had no idea what I was actually going into when I found myself at some of the most beautiful waterfalls and sights I've ever witnessed. Being surrounded by these people invigorated something in me that has laid dormant for a bit - a sense of wonder and need to share overwhelming experiences from this side of the world that could only ever be teased at on a screen and a paragraph due to their depth.
