It’s a magical world, Moonikin Campos, Ol’ Buddy… Let’s go exploring 🛷⁣ ⁣ Commander Moonikin Campos, the manikin that flew aboard the Orion spacecraft on the #Artemis I mission around the Moon, is continuing to help future deep space exploration crews back on Earth.⁣ ⁣ Engineers at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base put Moonikin Campos through simulated contingency landings with acceleration sled testing, testing what crews will experience inside the Orion spacecraft on future missions, beginning with Artemis II.
