🍴 Embracing ‘rural chic’ at its finest in the heart of Denver! 🌾🌟 @urbanfarmerdenver in the @theoxfordhotelandspa is a captivating modern farm-to-table steakhouse just steps away from Union Station. 🚂🥩 Every aspect is a celebration of the region’s bounty, with a menu inspired by local Colorado ingredients. 🌄 They’ve mastered the art of authentic, straightforward preparations. 🍖 We started with their made to order charcuterie board and selected a sheep and and cows milk cheese. Paired with our drinks this was a match made in dairy heaven! For dinner we enjoyed the Local Greens salad (the honey vinaigrette dressing was a winner in my book), the New York Steak Tasting, Roasted Local Mushrooms, and the Twice Baked Potato Tart.
