Today we are sharing #ProtivitiPerspectives in recognition of Women’s Equality Day. “Women have multiple roles and what makes us special is being able to master all of them. Taking care of seven children and a husband with a medical condition, there are numerous responsibilities that I must balance along with my responsibilities to my client projects and mentees. When people ask me, “How do you do it all?” I explain it is because of the support I have from Protiviti. I have sat in hospital rooms and contemplated how blessed I am to be in a company with equitable health benefits and a flexible work schedule that supports me. As an Orthodox Jewish woman, Protiviti has been accommodating with my kosher guidelines and flexibility around the holidays. The overwhelming amount of understanding from all levels at Protiviti makes me feel like I truly belong here.
