My grandpa Raul was my first connection to the game. He signed me up for my first basketball league in Coppell, Tx, and took me to every practice and game. As my game grew, grandpa was there on his phone taking photos and videos from the sidelines to help me build my profile. He came to all my home games in college and would be my first call after games on the road to check in with me. As I move on to the next level, I know he’ll continue to be my biggest supporter and we’ll stay connected on my journey.
