It’s time for some Nicole Sellers highlights from Thursday night Vs Monmouth…..and you’re welcome!! 😤 The life of a CB is soccer is neither glorious or relaxing. There are no real stats to define the incredible demands of their job…..and especially when you are as unassuming looking at 5’5 as our star defender #9. She epitomizes the saying “it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.” She came to us with the nickname Nails…as in “tough as…”. But we coaches now just refer to her as our General. Her leadership qualities are off the charts and all of us would follow her into any battle. She is the organizer, the communicator and the heart and soul of the team who holds all of our feet to the fire but also inspires confidence each day. We haven’t yet started our Senior Tributes and thank goodness she’s hanging around another year, but this midway point of the season seemed like a good time for some well-deserved recognition. #TheGeneral #TribeArm...
