Hope in action.⁣ .⁣ On 18 September 2013, a peaceful protest in international waters targeting the Russian state-owned Prirazlomnaya oil platform ended with 28 Greenpeace activists and two freelance journalists placed in detention. ⁣ .⁣ The Arctic 30 are a reminder of the power of activism and that hope is a practice - a discipline, not an act of unquestioning belief.
