Last Saturday, the Class of 2027 visited the National D-Day Memorial. Cadets that participated in the Global Scholars program who studied and toured Normandy last semester shared their experiences from the trip and facilitated group lessons of D-Day on the bus ride over. We are humbled by the sacrifices made by allied forces during the D-Day landing. Special thanks to the memorial staff for being our tour guides and teaching #VT27 more aspects of D-Day.
